Featuring zip-off detachable sleeves, it easily converts between a jacket and a vest. Weather defense is ensured via a two-way concealed zip with a storm flap, a drawcord foldaway hood, and Velcro-adjustable elastic cuffs, while practical storage includes two waterproof flapped pockets and an internal Velcro wallet pocket.
