Engineered for exceptional versatility and high-visibility safety, this 4-in-1 modular pilot jacket is constructed from durable 100% TPU-laminated twill polyester (170 g/m²) with warm 180 g/m² thermal padding. The adaptable design features a removable inner jacket with zip-off sleeves, enabling multiple configurations including a full winter jacket or a standalone high-visibility vest. The outer shell is built for rigorous weather protection, featuring a two-way front zipper with a windproof snap and Velcro storm flap, an adjustable rollaway drawstring hood, and a cozy fleece-lined collar. Designed for maximum functionality on the job, it includes elastic waist sides, Velcro-adjustable cuffs, muff pockets, water-resistant flapped chest pockets, and a dedicated zippered chest pocket with a concealed badge holder.
